Can someone recommend a new anime for me to enjoy?

My favorites: Code Geass, Planetes, Ghost in the Shell, Steins;gate, Cowboy Bebop, FMA, Gundam 0083

I like lots of stuff, but I'm not a fan of Attack on Titan before anyone mentions it.

Already seen it, it's weird to think some haven't.

Don't watch the rebuilds, the animation is better, but it's not worth it.
