Anons help me out for I've been looking for a while and found no answer. I'm looking for the name of an old show I watched around 2002 or so. I remember it was okay, but I've completely forgot the name and plot.

What I remember is that it was a about some sort of normal looking wizard, black hair probably with a spiky blond haired apprentice. His thing was that he could rewind time and apply it to objects. One scene was the two of them in a bar, a glass falls and breaks and the guys uses his power to fix it. His apprentice says that the liquid still touched the floor and he's grossed out.

I think it was set in a medieval setting, don't remember anything else.
