Can I get any recs for finished and completely scanlated manga?

I have stupid amounts of free time at work and I'd like to pick up reading manga again, but I don't feel like reading stuff that's still getting published weekly/monthly and then scanlated.

Any genre is fine as long as it's not big naked anime tiddies every page, since I'm at work.
