Gonna quasi-hijack this thread to cut down on board redundancy.
So my plan for October is to watch 31 horror movies. I think I will cap it off by watching Halloween, on Halloween.
So far I've watched some pretty basic shit that I probably should have seen before.
1) The Thing - seen bits and pieces but never the whole thing. Now I get where Dead Space gets all of its ideas
2) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) - never really seen this except the first kill scene, pretty brutal, also now I get where Resident Evil 7 got its ideas
So looking at my collection it feels a bit lacking, and some of these don't seem like they're really spoopy enough to really count, like I've seen enough of From Dusk Till Dawn to know it's not going to really spoop me out.
There have to be some good flicks I don't even know about.
Just name me stuff I don't have that you think will knock my socks off.
I think I might watch The Shining tonight, which I've seen, but only on TV and about 20 years ago.
