This is all anime sorted by aggregate user score. From here, click the "advanced search" text and filter as desired. Click the Score column after refreshing the results to sort them by Score again.

Keep in mind that scores for new anime take a while to settle down. Also use Scores only as a general guideline and not in any comparative sense. One-Punch Man is glorious but it's not better than Cowboy Bebop, for example.
