Im starting reading mangas after being into comics for some years
I really like 20th century boys and Punpun so far.
What else should I read, and which should I buy? There is no way I buy 20th because its too long, and my gf already bought Punpun.

If I may slide in the thread,
Since youre into comics I guess the basic nowadays anime won't do much for you (actually I'm not sure how can one stand all those shits.)
And since I can't know if you like old animation or not.

Here's 4 suggestions:

- Old boy (one of the best movie out there, Idk about the manga though)
- GTO (more funny)
- Hellsing (I hope you like blood) and of course, Hellsing Ultimate (Like ? I meant loveeeee)
- Cowboy bebop (If you don't like this one, I suggest you stop with that kind now).

Tbh, all have manga book versions but I would strongly recommend in form of anime.

Have fun, if it's not your taste there's plenty of very stupid ones, parodic ones, shojo, shonen,...

And and one bonus, if you're more into psychological stuff, give a try to Death Note.
