I'm looking for an anime that had a scene where a girl was peeking out from behind a curtain while her friends were chatting. One of her friends was moving something and she starts going up and down the curtain, even above her height. Curtain girl then asked her to stop doing that.

I think she was a silent, weird-type girl who may kinda look like pic related.
