My 3DS SD card lost its format and now I can't access the files on my PC. It works fine on the 3DS though, as if nothing had happened. Is there a way I can access the files and preferably make a back up so I can transfer them to a new SD card?

I've already tried making an .img file with Image Tool and restoring it to another formatted SD card to no avail.
