Google search IO uninstall, it's a free tool that forcefully removes any trace of the program

Reboot into safe mode and delete all adobe folders in program files and appdata. Use some registry cleanup tool like ccleaner to pinpoint pruned entries and remove them. Reboot again and run a scan with Malwarebytes.
