So there was this anime and I just saw a glimpse of it.
Also saw the title it goes something like: " Le ... de la geratina? "
Can't remember because short term memory.
When I search for it I only get some hispanic anime site and giratina/pokemon.

I remember the scene tho.
It goes like this:
>there was hostage, a loli
>2 guys wearing camouflage saved her, I think they shot the kidnapper but the loli got thrown in ocean
>2 guys: 1 nigger and 1 jap
>the loli got angry because they didn't save her while shes drown especially the nigger
>the jap is dense and silent type I think
>the nigger is teasing the loli for being small
>loli is actually a school principal
>i think the loli asked them what things they want maybe shes rich
>the jap guy considered living normal life and educated
