so my windows ten pc crashed during an update and im all sorts of fucked up. id like to factory reset but that fails and trying to fix that issue with the ren system system.001 command in cmd gives me an error message saying the program is in use by another process. im on day three of no videya trying to fix this shit anyone know how to help?
