They're both sentence fragments, with no main verb.

Please write what you're trying to say, using as many words as possible.

Both of these are fine. The first one implies you almost always get up then (I usually work Monday), whereas the second implies something you like to do, but don't necessarily always do (I go to Starbucks before work on Mondays).

"come get" is the correct verb here; "get" implies you'll be round with a baseball bat.
