If Ubermensch was the German superman than what would the German word/equivalent for superwoman be?

i've seen it used on 4chan a couple times(it was spelled like uberfensch or uberfemsch, but that might have just been a typo) but only when talking about beautiful women

(i don't know why but i find that the bastardization of the original word and using it that way really funny)

does anyone knowledgeable on the German language have an answer for me?
