I don't know about a "must-watch" show, but I've been enjoying these:

Youjo Senki
ACCA
Little Witch Academia
Chaos;Child
Gabriel DropOut
Maidragon

Demi-chan's also alright, maybe.

And 3-Gatsu that started last season is pretty great as well.

Maybe I'd say Youjo Senki is a must-watch, of the ones I listed. Watch at least the three episodes that are out already to see if you'd like it. There are some off-putting things about it, but everything just comes together so perfectly for me.

Little Witch Academia, too, mostly because it's a new Trigger original anime, which guarantees fun characters/story and some great animation.

ACCA and Chaos;Child also have the potential to be amazing, but who knows.
