I'm dumb and need computer audio help

I have a Lenovo laptop and Windows 10. Suddenly the audio stopped playing, neither speakers or headphones will play sound. There is no sound coming from the computer. I've uninstalled and tried to reinstall audio drivers but NOTHING works.

It's really frustrating. It says code 45. Please he
