Looking for a manga where this character(not the main character, might have been a rival or something) has a thing for ugly women. Particularly a panel where these two women approach him, an ugly one and a cute one, and he basically calls one of the women ugly and to go away. They think he's talking about the ugly one but then he tells them he's actually telling the cute one to go away since he thinks the ugly one is beautiful.
