I have Windows 7 and pretty good specs. (i5-6600k, GTX 1070, 16 GB RAM)
The computer runs perfectly fine except for one annoying thing: whenever I open the file explorer, for example when I want to upload an image to 4chan, the file explorer freezes for a couple seconds or loads for a couple seconds.
I doubt this is normal to load that long and it's getting on my nerves.
What could be the cause and how do I fix it?
If it matters, I have a 1 TB SSD and 4 TB HDD.
