What is the best video editing program for a hobbyist (just to make 4chan WebMs, etc) ? Something like GIMP.

I am not looking for something heavy on the technical side. Just a tool that would allow me to cut, join, dub, change soundtracks, add noob effect (black and white, etc.), you know.

Apparently it's still very early on its development so (AFAIK) you can't really download it, you have to compile it from source. Which is a bummer. Main reason I haven't tried it yet.
