People hang out *here* because they like to answer questions *here*. No-one's going to come to some weird place they've never been before just to answer some question you might have later.
On the other hand, if you post a specific question here, you'll very likely get an answer, particularly if it's a CS question like this. You just won't necessarily get one in the timeframe you're after.
I've got a CS degree, and I've likely done every one of the Java problems you've been asking about, but I'm at work the whole time from when you ask your meta-question to the time when you end your thread with a plaintive goodbye. There are certainly others that are similarly qualified with similar reasons for not coming to visit you.
You're not being ignored because no-one can answer your question, or because no-one will answer your question, but because you're not really asking a question in the way it's done here.
Next time you're stuck, why not come here with a specific question about a specific bit of code that isn't working right, or a specific problem that you need an algorithm for. There are people that can and will help you.
