I then checked out the directory and tried /soc/ which held my attention for probably a week or three (still very unsure about some things there, eg what is a CD?).
Then /pol/ which is overwhelming, moving too fast for me to keep up so I just stop in there for an hour or so, every few days to see what's trending.
I then found /wsr/ via the directory; having used PS since version 3 (pre-layers) I enjoy doing what are quick, easy jobs to help folks out. I'm better off here than fapping or wasting time in other counterproductive ways.
