How do you crop a moving part from one video and put that over another video?

I'm trying to crop this guy walking and put him over another video. I've looked up ways to do it and it looks like I'm trying to do something with Bezier Masks, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I'm using Sony Vegas Pro 13 and I'm not really sure how to use it.
