So, my HDD just gave his last breath and I'm going to buy a new one, the problem is that my old notebook has a SATA 2 conection only. And the HDD I want to buy is SATA 3. (The one is Seagate St2000lm007)

So, can I put the SATA 3 HDD on a notebook that has a connection only to SATA 2?
