I can't for the life of me remember the name of song in this video, does anyone know who sings the full version of this song/name of song and or which anime it is the OP/ED for?

I thought it was Fripside and from Railgun but I haven't found a match from any of the anime's OP/EDs though that might be because I suck at searching, even if I managed to narrow down the artist because it sounds like Fripside to me. The audio quality is kinda ass, I apologize in advance, please help.

I thought that just having the audio would be easier, you'll have to download the Mogra 2017-02-04 audio file from this link. Its during Hokboy's set which is the third set in the m4a file with the song starting at the 22:35 mark.

I promise to never make such a difficult request again, given the nature of live anison events, finding sources is often a fools errand, because they are remixed to hell and back and typically blend one another, but I knew that this particular song was basically a copy paste of an OP I had played to death in the past and that some kind person on the internet would have a better memory than me.
