Is there a program that allows me to take multiple screenshots and combine them into one image without me saving 30 different images and putting them into paint and making 30 different pictures to combine them all into the 31st collage?

you can open an image editor, take your screenshots with the snipping tool, then use the copy function to paste them directly into the compilation image.

Learn to use it, and it'll be there for you whenever you have an image-related "well, fuck, I wish the computer would do this donkeywork for me" problem.
