The Camera of my Moto G5 Plus emits a kind of weird rays. The only are visible from the camera of another phone. I need help...

It's an infrared autofocus assist. High-end phones can't see them as they have a filter that cuts IR.

There's no difference. It's an infrared laser. You can't see the laser, because you're not the Predator.
