If all you read is weekly shounen jump shit then just use an online reader to stay current. If you want to read a complete series or catch up on a long-running series then it's best to download manga in volume batches and read them with a comic reader program like Honeyview or CDisplayEx. Downloading manga is best if you use /a/'s FTP server, but you have to be willing to use IRC to get in.
