How do I get Sony Vegas and Photoshop for free? I often see mention of patchers, but don't know where to grab those

I don't even know the right URL for TPB anymore, or at least, one that's not a botnet. Too many sites have been going down lately, I'm not sure what works anymore

Where can I get the patcher? I've Googled AMTEmu and got loads of results, but it feels fishy to just go downloading off these sites I've not heard of
