Can anyone with a very basic gist of French help me out?

I need to describe with about 50 to 80 words what's going on in this video:

This would be mostly descriptions in passé composé and imparfait

I'm terrible at this and definitely not ready, but since I'm in this 2 week course and want to pass it so it's not a waste of money.
