Okay look, I've been looking for days for this fucking skit. i've found things LIKE it, but not at all what it actually is. Hell it took me a while just to find this fucking board because i'm drunk and retarded, so here it goes:

>alcoholic is supposed to drink only one and a half drink a day, because of a secret society dictates that is what is best
>alcoholic drinks more then one and a half drink one day and starts a nuclear war

it was a british comedy, pretty sure it had the same cast from "That Mitchell And Webb Look" though I could be wrong
