Can I get recommendations on where to purchase a laptop? And if the answer is Amazon, I'm wondering about how safe it is to get refurbished computers. I can't find ones that offer extendable warranties.

Basically I want a 17" screen laptop that can run photoshop decently, beyond that my priority is how cheap they are.
