According to its spec sheet, less than 200ma

But its spec sheet says it has a 17 hour battery life, so it may be telling porkie-pies.

Divide 17 by the actual battery life, and then multiply 200mA by whatever number you get.

If your battery goes down whilst it's meant to be charging, your battery may be fucked.

Thank you anon, my portable charger says it's output is 5V/2.1A how do I convert MA to V and A? Most likely it's my portable battery, it's taken quite a few beatings.

2.1A is 2100mA.

Does your phone charge if you plug it into a wall charger and use it? If so it's definitely your portable charger not supplying the current it says it can.
