I've had this problem with my chin and jawline where when I touch it there is a sharp itchy feeling

I took a knife and pressed it against my chin to find out where the source of the itch was coming from and I found the area 4 different hair follicles to have the greatest amount of itchyness

so I pulled them out and when I pulled the hair out it felt like i scratched the itch, but the itch is still there even though I pulled the hair out.

I even tried digging into my chin and cutting open the skin with a knife to try and reach the itch but I can never reach it its too deep
