IMO Black Lagoon doesn't even hold a candle to Jormungand: Perfect Order.
The first season of Jormungand might be hard to get through if you're not into the action, but Perfect Order fucking nails it; great characters, great art, great concept, great story.
Underrated as fuck, where else can you find a story about a child soldier tagging along with international arms dealers?
