Oceanography Homework

I'm having trouble with this question:

Describe one region of the global ocean where a reduction in salinity can have a large effect on surface water density.

It's a weird question- you must have done something on the topic.
It's hard to gauge what level of detail you want.

But just google it.

Literally any ocean could be impacted but the way you word it I'm not sure if you want a reply of just a name or the possible impact.

Coral Reef's or the Artic would be good choice- artic cod etc.

I enjoy /wsr/ for this very thing, random topics are fun to learn about.

The Course is fun but the teacher is teaching this class with at advance level when it's a 101 class.
