Nyaa.pantsu.cat are the replacement. There's also AnimeBytes, BakaBT, and AnimeTorrents, but you don't seem that knowledgeable about private trackers, so that's probably a distant dream. I think BakaBT just opened up applications though, so maybe check that out.
Oh, "Currently our invite system is still in it's early phase of development, but it is possible for new users to join BakaBT by interview in our #bakabt-invites channel." They're on the Rizon server that a bunch of anime channels use, so check it out, I guess. Don't know what it's like, but you probably need to know the basics of torrenting.
