I am also a noob but in addition to what you listed I really like cowboy bebop, deathnote, naruto,fairy tail, sword art online, knights of cydonia, ajin... I consider all of those to be pretty good. atleast the first seasons of them for sure

my hero academia fits that criteria but the protag is a little annoying. One Piece is also fun.
though arguably not an anime, I HIGHLY recommend Avatar the last airbender. One of the best cartoons of all time and highly influenced by japanese anime
