Hellsing: Ultimate, while not the best dub ever, should always be watched in The Queen's English, even if you're Japanese. Even better if it's the TFS Abridged version (webm related).

Plus, ya don't get all the cheesy mafia and old New Yorker accents in a sub.

It's kind of impressive how many chinese cartoons revolve around the mafia and prohibition. I wonder if 99 days has a good dub.
