Whenever I try to buy anything on Amazon, I keep getting this screen. This looks exactly like a scam to get credit card information. But it won't let me proceed to the checkout page without filling in this info. How do I get rid of it?

you need a credit/debit/gift card to buy items online, there's no way to avoid it

I already did that. I'm not even trying to use the credit card, I'm trying to use money I have stored on the account that I got with a gift card.
