While I came up with ideas and have drawn character design. I still have problems.

Firstly where should I draw them ? Is a bond paper fine enough ?
Secondly what tools do I use to draw ? Is pen enough ?
And is scanning what they do to transfer it into digital ? Can I ask some computer shop to scan them for me ?

I still have a lot of questions but I'll ask them later if I progress.
