If you need to be better with people, practice and push yourself on. You can train it. I had no friends until high school roughly, but managed to train the required outgoing capabilities.
If you need to do better with decision making or thinking about things, read. Articles (good quality), news, books, etc. Sometimes a good foundation of knowledge helps a lot. You can start seeing how lessons you learn even from fiction literature apply IRL, but that means you have to read a lot. You might find you like it though, so I wouldn't stress.
