Been building my library of anime DVDs and I can't remember the name of a particular series I saw not too long ago eiher on scifi or CN.

I remember just a few scenes but the plot was basically along the lines of Blood+ (monsters posing as humans, killing humans etc) but with a boy as the protagonist instead. Near the beginning he follows a smooth-talking "businessman" who is a monster while he leads some innocent girl down into a parking garage. Businessman turns into monster in the garage and eats/kills the innocent girl while the boy hides behind a column and watches. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
