dudes my right hip is in pain from squats and leg lifts. what can i do to relieve the pain other than aspirin and ibuprofen? I was doing them daily, but the pain has forced me to skip days and I don't want to lose potential gains. when I return to a workout, I pull a certain muscle in my thigh/hip and the pain returns. It's really annoying and almost hurts to walk or stand for too long.
