If you just want to watch anime on your PSP, there are quite a lot of re-encodes of anime into MP4s (A video file type the PSP can natively play) on Nyaa. Re-encodes are colored orange on Nyaa, so search up whatever, look for the orange ones, and check to make sure the files are MP4s and you're good. If it's older than a year though, it might not have seeds, so you might have to re-encode an MKV release yourself. Get Googling.
