I haven't been able to post on 4chan since I bought a new router. The site says I have a IP Range/ISP block.

I am currently using my old one, which works just fine (on this site-- other than that it sucks).

What can I do?

Turn it off, wait half an hour, then turn it on again.

Every time you do that, you get a new IP. When you installed your new router, you did that, and you got an IP that was banned.

There must be something wrong with your setup. Merely switching routers should not change your IP or ISP. Especially the switching back to the old router and it works again part is very suspicious, since it basically rules out a dynamic IP issue.
