Reading the Amazon reviews, this doesn't seem very useful as a reading list. Apparently it doesn't even list individual issues, what issues belong to notable story arcs or that were worked on by acclaimed writers or artists, and instead is just a list of series/characters. Some of which aren't even available in English.

I agree that the list is shit as I have some of these books but it's a good starter for a lot of people that are new to comicbooks or old movies.

However I still can't forgive them for not having kungfu hustle.
