Why the fuck when my game is in Fullscreen mode at native resolution, it drops FPS?
When i put it Windowed native resolution it's alright with stable 60fps.

Mostly AAA games

When in full screen, but with another resolution, the FPS get stable but the screen becomes dim and blurry.

Have you got vsync forced to always on in you gfx card options? If yes, turn if off. Also don't use any ingame options like "set fps according to display", always set a frame cap (if heat is an issue) or just max it out.
