May I know what you've done to contact them over the years so that I may not suggest anything redundant and waste time?

Support forum is a great start for example, however you've undoubtedly done that. Since it is the most obvious option.

I've exhausted every possible resource. I was hoping that someone would be able to get me a number or executive personal email. They must have phones in their headquarters. However the only number I was able to find is for questions about privacy concerns and only allows you to leave a voice mail (I have left many).

How does a company have no single way to contact a live person.
