Go to pantsu when it works and find the same torrent and redownload it, most likely has better trackers.
Second, enable DHT and Peer Exchange (aka PEX) in your torrent client settings.
Third, find 4-5 largely seeded anime torrents, for example some of latest HorribleSubs releases but don't limit yourself to HS, go find some older anime series with 50+ seeds too (recommended series that were released in the same year as the ones you want to download), any series as long as it's listed on a public tracker like pantsu/nyaa will work.
Fourth, start downloading these series with many seeds, you don't need to download 100% of the files, just download an episode if you don't like or don't want these series then uncheck all other files and leave it on "Seeding" for many hours.
This way you get more PEX and DHT nodes, there're high chances you'll find seeds for the torrents you couldn't download.
You should always have these torrents active for it to work properly, at all times whenever you're downloading anything, periodically add more torrents with many seeds to maximize the effects.
Fifth, make sure you don't have IP filters blocking the seeds or DHT nodes, if you use things like peerblock you've to disable them, or add exceptions for the seeders IPs (highly painful to do manually, just disable whatever IP filter you got, if any).
