So I'm helping someone choose between two almost identical models of laptops, the specs are pretty much the same (barring hard drive size, which the person doesn't care about) and another critical feature.

One of the models says it features AMD Radeon R7 M445 with 2G GDDR5 for graphics.

While the other model says IntelR HD graphics 620.

Now I don't know much about this, but it seems that the one with the Radeon is better because it's a dedicated graphics card instead of integrated graphics like the intel? Any opinions?
