You are mostly only going to get manga that matches this description. Yuri anime that is actually about yuri first and foremost is pretty rare.

Manga I would suggest reading:
Girl Friends
Ebusi-san to Hotei-San
Sasameki Koto (there's an anime too but it isn't as good imo)
